OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION
Through our program we are looking to bring an exciting brand of science to your institution. We provide professionally attired instructors that will work well with students Pre-K to 12th grade. We will provide all necessary equipment for the living environment, along with all teaching materials needed. In cases where the model is left on premises, instructions will be left with regularly scheduled teachers/aides for relatively simple care and maintenance in which participating students will be part of. A representative of Learning Through Nature will be available upon request for all other instances that require attention. Along with these materials, vocabulary words that have been used will be passed along for enrichment.
WHAT OUR PARTNERSHIP DOES FOR PARTICIPANTS
A break from regular programming will be refreshing for students. Also the hands on feel and tasks assigned will make them part of the education process which will bring life long memories. They will learn to use testing materials, how to record data, how to draw conclusions, and how to work together towards a common goal. Along with this, the therapeutic nature of working with animals will have great effects on children all while capturing and keeping their attention. Most importantly, we will be teaching materials covered on standardized tests. Helping them prepare for the next level by providing lasting images and experiences they can draw reference from. After all the best way to understand the roles plants and animals play in their environment is to see it work.
